This store is for placing orders and tracking deliveries only; the presence of an order in the store does not mean that an invoice has been issued to the customer.
**Return and Exchange Policy:**
All products may be returned within 3 days of receiving the order, provided they are in their original condition and have not been used, unless there is a problem or defect with the product.
In the event of a return or exchange, the delivery fee will be deducted from the total order amount (the fee is determined based on the customer’s address and the order quantity).
If there is a defect or manufacturing error, the product may be returned after reporting the issue.
The amount paid will be refunded via the payment methods available in the store within 3–7 business days from the date the return request is submitted.
Refunds are subject to deductions, including payment fees and value-added tax, in accordance with the website’s policy.
**Cases in which the product cannot be returned:**
